Welcome Over the next 3 months, you will learn ways of self-care that will help you achieve a healthier lifestyle. Please read the terms and conditions for this service below.

The schedule of Itrelogia hired by the client includes the following services:
6 individual online meetings in which we will cover:

• Reading your birth chart;
• Yoga practices for your need;
• Change of eating habits;
• Floral recommendation

These meetings took place twice a month for a period of 3 months. The first online meeting lasts up to 2 hours, during which we will read your birth chart. The other 5 meetings will have a maximum duration of 1 hour in which we will analyze your goals, discuss your progress and make recommendations.

SCHEDULE
Please be punctual. If the client needs to cancel or reschedule their online appointment, the client must give 24 hours notice, otherwise the client will withdraw from this appointment and will not have the opportunity to reschedule it. The program expires after 100 days from the start date, even if all 6 sections have not been fulfilled.

PAYMENT
The client is aware that the price of the Itreelogia program is R$600 per month, which must be paid monthly by credit card, or R$1,800 in cash, which must be paid upon contracting. If the client refrains from attending online meetings for any reason, the client will remain responsible for paying the full price of the program.

LEGAL NOTICE
The client understands that the provider’s role is not to provide medical or psychological assistance or to provide nutritionist or physical education services. Nor is it responsible for diagnosing, treating or curing any mental, emotional or bodily illness or condition. Itreelogia intends to act as a mentor to help clients achieve their health goals, supporting the implementation of healthy lifestyle habits. The guidelines provided for in Itreelogia are not intended to replace the medical, psychological and nutrition prescriptions of any qualified professional.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The client agrees to take full responsibility for his/her life and personal well-being, as well as being responsible for all life decisions that arise from Itrelogia’s online meetings.

To obtain the desired results during the Itreelogia, the client is committed to following the recommendations, such as changing habits, using flower essences, yoga practices.

The client assumes all the risks of this mentoring, which include trying new foods, supplements, physical activities and other guidelines, as well as the risks of making life decisions that could change their current lifestyle

Itree is committed to providing the proper treatment to achieve the client’s goals. The client releases Itreelogia from any liability, damages, causes of action, claims, lawsuits, amount of money, claims and demands of any nature, in law or property, that the client has already had, or will have arising from having participated in Itreelogia .

CONFIDENTIALITY
Itreelogia will keep customer information private and will not share customer information with third parties, unless required by law.

ARBITRATION
In the event that a dispute arises between the coach and the client regarding the services provided under this contract or otherwise relating to the relationship between the parties, the parties agree to resolve by alternative means of conflict resolution, in particular by Mediation , the Parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of São Paulo/SP, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be. Costs and other judicial and extrajudicial expenses, including the attorney’s fees of the injured party, will be paid by the party giving rise to the litigation.
